Returns & Refunds

Each VintageLOL shirt is made to order especially for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer preference.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem. Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong size ordered

Please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. Because each shirt is made specifically for your order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size was selected at checkout.

Lost packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package may be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll investigate the shipment.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
